Icon Textile Trading (L.L.C.) is the UAE agent representing ITOCHU Corporation, Japan.

Icon has personnel who have been representing ITOCHU for over 45 years, with several exposures and insights into the Japanese textile business, under the guidance of ITOCHU Japan. Icon has its working premises in the heart of the textile wholesale hub in Bur Dubai.

Our product line is mainly sourced from ITOCHU Japan, and some very exclusive products from ITOCHU offices in Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, China, Europe, etc.

We are the agents for a wide range of primarily Japanese fabrics for Abayas / Sheilas the traditional Arabic attire for Arab ladies, as well as agents for dress materials for western wear. We supply predominantly Japanese fabrics for traditional Arab men’s attire, the Kandoora, as well as fabrics used in suiting’s, shirting’s and uniforms. Our product line consists of a wide variety of fabrics from different countries of origin in attractive ranges of colors and qualities.

ITOCHU, Osaka since 2016 restarted to market successfully after a gap of 7 years the famous NISSHINBO kandoora fabrics from NISSHINBO Textile Inc.,Japan. ITOCHU/NISSHINBO have a history together of nearly 70 years in the middle east and also ITOCHU now marketing successfully NISSHINBO GROUP PT.NISSHINBO INDONESIA kandoora fabrics (one of the biggest Japanese cotton mills weaving and spinning factory overseas).
